Terms of use
Last updated: 15 July 2026. Short terms for Personal and Team self-serve use at launch. Enterprise customers may supersede these with a signed order form or MSA.
Service. Nolege provides a knowledge workspace (documents, retrieval, chat, agents) subject to plan limits (credits, seats).
Your content. You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process it only to operate the service (including AI providers you enable, embeddings, and backups).
Acceptable use. Do not abuse the API, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or use the service to harm others. We may suspend accounts (including via kill switch for Team) for abuse or non-payment.
Credits & billing. Credits are consumed by AI and related jobs. Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Stripe and/or Razorpay when configured. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
Availability. We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service at this stage. Check Status for live health.
